I don't think mine does. Looks like it is welded on a couple of places but never gave it any serious consideration as I never had the hankering to take it off.

Ahem -- I suppose I have to go and spoil a good joke by pointing out that I was trying to be humorous...obviously, put me in the category of "Never". How would I lift things? I didn't buy a tractor; I bought a front end loader. There happened to be a tractor attached -- it comes in handy from time to time, especially when I want to move the front end loader around...

Removed once to practice and make sure I could but not since then. Almost 3 years now.

The last tractor I had for over 4 years and over 1200 hours, I never had the loader off. My current tractor is a year old and almost 500 hours, the loader has never been off of it either. The only time that I can see it ever being off is if the tractor has to be worked on.
