How reliable and durable are Simplicity Lawn tractors?

I just traded in my Conquest late last year and bought a Ventrac. The Simplicity is a Quality machine and priced right. Did you get a Blower?

That is quite a different machine compared to the conquest. I am curious what prompted the move to that class of equipment. Did your requirements change that much, like adding a lot of acreage.
