How tall is your welding table?

Pardon the junk...and the dirt. Haven't had time lately to do my clean up. I've squeezed in an hour or two here or there of shop time, and need to spend a few of clean up.

1" thick top might not be necessary, but it comes in handy when you play with bigger stuff

I got this one off CL, weighs 750# and the guy delivered it for $240 - got a few more similar projects to do before I redo it. When I do, it'll get a 3' x 7' HINGED burn table added in front, and prob'ly a few other add-ons.

Right now, I move it with the Case loader but when I redo it it'll have fork pockets that'll work with either my bucket forks or my 8000# Jet pallet jack... Steve

I am going to be the outlier here.

My welding bench is only about 24" high, and not just because I am short (66"). I find
that if I put a medium-sized piece on the table, the height comes up to just about ideal
for me when I am standing, and it allows me to weld small objects sitting down. I am
usually standing, however.

Big projects, I leave on the ground, or elevate only part of it on whatever is handy.
