My inclination would be to make a vee shaped plow, unless you have chains. Straight edged will build up until your wheels start spinning and polishing it into ice. Slanted plows will be wanting to shove you sideways and strain your steering system. Have plenty of support points or you will bend the attachment points. Add some weight over the driven wheels or you will lack the needed weight, maybe also deflate your tyres a little to enhance grip and when the tyre deforms when revolving it will cast snow from your tyre grips better.
