How to buy Pat's Easy Change System with a Canadian credit card?

PA model is this, doesn't really have good reviews:

3.5 stars on Amazon, with people downvoting it because it lacked instructions... Not that bad a rating considering. That said, Id go for the Pats for not that much more money.

It looks like Northern used to carry them but has since dropped the Field Tuffs and replaced them with genuine Pats, if that means anything. Maybe thats where PA got their stock from? Wouldnt surprise me a bit.
