You will probably be completely fine with those numbers, a little high is actually better than low voltage. Most electronics actually rectify the voltage into DC and use that out of a regulated DC power supply.
If you take a look at that regulator on the generator there should be a trim pot on there that will adjust the output voltage some too...
In most cases line systems (grid) is +/- 5v and is normally classified as 115vac (110v ~ 120v)
On the 230v it can be +/- 10 volts (220~240) but there is the 3phase systems that will run in that 208 high leg, which is actually 208V to Neutral while running closer to 220 leg to leg.
