I have a Kubota rear hydraulic valve (this problem mentioned in previous post) that kicks out of detent when running a log splitter.
My dealer solution is the standard answer... use a bungee to hold the valve on to deliver constant flow to log splitter, which has its own operation valve. I have been told that this may be fixed
using a Flow Control Valve inline coming back to the tractor.
Does anyone know how to contact Kubota to ask questions about the pressure characteristics of their valves etc? I have
found the dealers good at selling but not so good at advice.

I've always called the main office in California and asked for engineering. From a google search: the number might be (310) 370-3370.

Check your tractor manual for the address and run it for a telephone number though one of the online telephone directories. Good luck.

I've used the number in the owner's manual. I don't remember the number now, but someone from Cincinnati sp?(I think) returns my message, prompty too. He never resolved any of my problems, though... /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
