don't forget filling hyd fluid by hand is a mess too. this pump has been indispensable. works great for ft axle reservoir as well

Agreed BB, I use 4 of those one each for trans hyd, reg hyd, diesel motor oil, 80/90 gear lube

I have one of those to pump hydraulic fluid.

Be careful about leaving the pump in a partly full bucket of new oil. It does not seal and being metal, water can condense on it. I found that out when I went to top up my tractor. Fortunately the clear hose let me see that the oil had water in it.

Now I park the pump in an unused bucket and reseal any partly used buckets with the original lid.
