Thanks. One thing I didn't do was put it in neutral. I'll try that and see if it works.Make sure all your levers and gears are in neutral, the engine is at idle, and your parking brake is set.
What I'm worried about is that it might need to go but not know it. I don't know what crap gasoline (may or may not) leave behind in a DPF system, but if it did leave something behind, whatever it is might be fouling the DPF and its sensors, fooling it into thinking that it doesn't need to regen when really it does. This is a pretty weak theory as I don't know how how it senses soot or really anything at all about how of this DPF stuff works. All I know is that it catches the coal so you can't roll it, and then it burns it off into the atmosphere at an arbitrary time and place of it's choosing, and somehow that kills fewer purple bellied swamp newts.If it still wont go, then it probably does not need to go.
