Nice job. Good looking doors and barn.
I am putting a single sliding door on the outside of the workshop I am building and am interested in the construction of your doors. Can you please give detailed specs for the doors including the materials you used. Have your doors stayed relatively flat?

How, exactly, did you "strap" your door to your bucket? I can't tell from your pictures. What type and width of strapping did you use and how did you attach it?

Very nice work. I recently used my FEL to lift my three runs of 1/0 copper wire to wire my shop. I run a piece of rebar through the two eye bolts on top of the FEL and mad hooks on the ends. I run a piece of 1" steel conduit through the loops of wire, and onto the "hooks". I then ran my tractor up to the breaker panel and fed the wire down the 2" conduit. At the other end I pulled it through with mule tape run through a pully hanging from the rafters. It still took every one of my 170lbs to pull those wires through. The run was 120'.

This idea worked, but since the wires were not on spools it was more work than it should have been. Spools would have rolled easier, and my coils of wire had to be manually rotated after every few feet of pull. I must have walked several miles, 120ft at a time.

I really enjoy seeing someone else figure out how to TRUELY do it yourself, and the FEL is fast becoming my swiss army knife of heavy duty tools.
