How to identify car owner by license plate?

I wonder if the thieves had followed the Prius from the photo shoot. I don't see how they would have know what was in the back of the Prius if they had just pulled up at the light since they could not see down into the hatch back... It looked premeditated...

I think most city criminals think country folks have zillions of guns, carry them at all times and (most importantly) are not afraid to use them.

Good for them to think that way.

Yes, there is a bunch of that going around in the area, especially San Francisco and Oakland. Don't ask me why. Professional broadcasters have lost broadcast equipment. (Which I know is valuable, but the market is rather limited, which makes me wonder where it ends up...)

Seems like a business card with a no bicker quote under a wiper would be less work and would not need to pay for a permit...!

Well he said that after contacting the first few owners people notice him working and tell him about theirs and pretty soon his whole day is filled. I got the impression the permit was crazy cheap.
