Find a zero turn mower that can be bought low price with still good hyd system and motor. Replace the front two tires on your plow with back two from mower as they do the pulling and steering by the amount of power supplied to each wheel. You can place the control handles where you can work them with one hand for the speed you want to operate and may need to fix your current handles so you can them with one hand or link foot pedals to the zero turn levers much like on an excavator and do your steering with your feet. You are not looking at high speed and should be able to master that. If the motor and pump is strong enough you can install hdy motor to replace the pto system.
