Re: How to remember!!!

Hey Frank I like your sign.I myself hit the bottom of the garage door and also took off the shed door once with the bucket.I would say it comes with experience.

( Good idea junkman.
How about a parking sensor system with the 4 sensors attached to the front and rear sides of the upper corners of the roll bar. One can find them cheap on ebay
ie. )

Thanks for the link. I have seen those little depressions in some newer car bumpers, but never knew what they were for. I don't think that it will be necessary on my BX yet. I still haven't taken the training wheels off for fear of rolling it over.. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

You can always dangle a tennis ball from the garage door so that you are consciously reminded to duck when you enter it.

Been there...done that. I guess I'm more dense than most - tried a red piece of cloth with the same hopes and still hit the door frame (twice). Check out this thread on Preventing Garage Damage to see my ultimate solution.

Re: How to remember!!!

removing your training wheels I am afraid, won't help you much.. As I know you drive by sound, hit something and turn the other way,, it helps (not) to be blind in one eye and hardly see out the other one,, And I do agree with you, those triple lined "coke" bottle rims your wearing, do get a might heavy.. Look at the bright side, someday those glasses of yours will probably replace the lenses at Mt Polarmar (sp) telescope facility.. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
