How to remove rocks from soil?

/ How to remove rocks from soil? #21
I feel your pain neighbor, I often tell people my property is worth more as a gravel pit than a horse farm.

When we first bought, I used a rockhound after the excavator and dozer did their job. It only cleans down a couple inches. Every year I have clean a few out of the pastures.

Since then, I take small areas and after using the box blade teeth to troll for tiller bustin' rocks I till. Then it's down to the ole manure fork and the tractor bucket to remove the rest. Works pretty good in dry soil and saves the bending over part. Rinse and repeat as necessary. :)

Good luck, I don't think I'll ever be rock free.
