How to shrink photos for posting

Mine didn't come with Microsoft Photo editor, but in my office suite there is Picture Manager. I've never used it because Paint does whatever I need and its very simple (like me /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif).

I just tried Paint pro and it worked. I want to thank all you guys for the help. I will download and try some of the other programs also.
