I attempted transplant of two good sized maples, in the summer, when I had a large excavator in, a couple of years ago. He had the ability to turn his bucket around. BUT, they both died. One got brutalized pretty good in the move, but I don't understand why they both died. It was a shame. I gave them a lot of water.
