At 1249 pm edt, national weather service radar indicated heavier rain continuing over greene county pennsylvania into late afternoon. Locations getting over one and a half inches of rain can develop flooding in areas with poor drainage, and along small streams.
Locations in the warning include, GRAYSVILLE, rogersville, and waynesburg.
do not drive your vehicle into areas where the water covers the roadway. The water depth may be too great to allow your car to cross safely. Vehicles caught in rising water should be abandoned quickly. Move to higher ground.
