Found a 13' Kewanee cultimulcher in good shape for $675. I wanted one for food plots and thought was a good price although I haven't really priced very many. It has two rows of packers and two rows of diggers. No cylinder for the wheel lift. I'm wondering now if I got a deal or if I paid too much or if it was an average price.

If is is anything like our culti-packer, won't likely see anything less than that price these days...sounds like it is in the range...

A coworker picked one up a few months ago but I am pretty sure he said his was a 12 foot. Same set up and make though, a Kewanee with two rows of packers and two rows of harrows. He had to replace the hydraulic hoses but paid $500 for it, which I thought was a very good deal. I would pick up a cylinder from Surplus Center and not worry about it, I don't think you got hurt on the price.
