Welcome! I am in Southern Indiana. You might look around for a used Kubota 2501. I see them pop up all the time with under 100 hours for around $16-17K. Heck this week I see a Kubota 3901 with $8K in implements included for $20K and the tractor was nice with only 300 hours. The deals are out there if you look around.
