With a full bucket on less than even ground it is not eazy to disengage the 4wd lever.

Sorry it's been a while since I've been on here...been a little busy with work and was really waiting on parts to arrive. I've got fenders painted, dash installed and working on a small short with the glow plugs.
I will set the tractor up on wheels and insure that the 4wd is working properly. I don't think that there is anything stopping it from working.
Great news as I have found a loader for it. Well, two really, one looks like it's an industrial type loader and the other came off of a "L" style Kubota. I think I am gonna go with the Kubota loader. I am afraid that the cylinders on the bigger loader will put a strain on the hydraulic system. Now all I need to do is figure out how to mount this to my machine!!!! WHEWWWWW!!!! What a chore this has become!! LOL...I will post pics when I can....any advice on the loader mount? I think what I am going to do is buy the belly mount new and then start my fabrication from there....what do y'all think?

My advice is to stick with the NH 7308 loader or a bush hog or other brand loader that is made for your TC30. That tractor and similar ones have a history of breaking in half if the loader or backhoe is not correct. If you are skilled enough to design and build a one-off loader by mixing brands, I applaud you, but most of us would be overwhelmed with such a chore and probably give it up. I would not make my New Holland a "Chevy-Kaiser-Olds-Mo-Laca-Stud-War-Linco-Baker." That was great song for Pete Stamper, but no way to build a tractor.;)

Lol...I might be a but young for Pete Stamper however, the song does sound like a smile!!!! I'll haveta find it...loaders are a bit difficult for me to get my hands on, without having the compromise of money...:-/....I'm purdy decent at fabrication....schooling comes from the road of hard knocks...I plan on shouldering the rear axle into the supporting frame....saw this on a back hoe...I've read done horrifying stores here with blocks snapping...:-/....I don't want to write one for myself...

Here's some lyrics:

I didn't have the money that the big cats had
I couldn't get a Ford much less a Cad'
But I'm not the kinda guy to be undone, tell you what I did
I went and made me one

I got the front end here, I got the rear end there
I came by the middle 'bout everywhere
I got 'em all together and I made 'em fit
But the hardest part was namin' it

CHORUS:
It's a Cheva-Kiser-Olds-Mo-Laca-Stud-War-Linco-Baker
With a Continental Kit
A Cheva-Kiser-Olds-Mo-Laca-Stud-War-Linco-Baker
And I'm proud of ever' part of it
