Howdy,

Just picked up my first tractor today. Got myself a Bobcat CT122. Excited to get out and use it and try clearing alot of my land. I know its not the most practical rig to do what I want to do, but its all I could afford and I don't mind taking my time. I've been digging stumps and clearing brush by hand for the past 20 years, so having some better tools than before is always a plus.

From the little lurking I've done the past day or so here, I hope to be able to get some good ideas and help on the site.

Any tips for a new 'cat owner? Things that I should be aware of?

Welcome to TBN. You will like the power this little tractor has for digging and pulling. I use mine clearing land and all sorts of chores. With a few attachments, you will be able to do anything you want over time. Just be careful of your hydraulic hoses and filters under the tractor. Here are a few pictures, enjoy!
