How's everyone doing with the SNOW

That's a lot with a BX good thing you have the blower.

Yeah, that would take a while with the loader. I did that for about 10 years until I got this tractor with the front blower. Now I figure it takes me about 1/3 of the time to clean up after a big storm like that.

Since last week, we got probably over 30" of snow. I'm sure loving my Kubota B3030 with it heated cab and 60" Meteor Snow Blower. I took a couple of pics of the bota and a pic on my neighbor. Here he is on his subcompact Mahindra, clearing snow. In the first pic, note the snow's height on the bench.

55" in two weeks... I'll tell you all the South is looking better and better every year. Neighbors are loving me this year, as are the fire dept., the mailman, the oil guy... etc.

FEL is doing an admirable job as always, but after a few years of this I can't help but think all the scraping is hurting the bucket long term. I seem to recall someone had an add-on for this, some kind of poly edge that keeps the steel off the ground. The Google hasn't found it, anyone heard of this?

My wife is still waiting and hoping for some white this year, so far not even one flake. We moved here in 2010 and each year (up until this year) we have had a good snow fall but so far this year we just got some very cold weather with lowest of 12F.

Just got through cleaning up. So far in a week we have had over 30 inches. Guys without a snow blower are having trouble dealing with the huge piles. I use my blower to blow most of the snow into the woods, then scrape with the plow and then back to the blower to clean up the leavings of the plow. Sure am glad that Kubota made switching out the front implements so quick and easy. More snow coming this week!

I too just finished cleaning up this last storm , I have put over 6 hrs. in the seat of the 2650 for these past 3 storms . At temperatures near zero with wind blowing the heated cab was some nice . The blower and rear blade have been a great combination .

I guess we have been lucky this year. Had about 2" last night. By 10:00 this morning it was half gone. By noon it was all gone except for a patch about 8" wide and a foot and half long in front of the shop.

We got our "snow".. About an inch. You could easily track a rabbit. It was pretty cold this week with lows in the low teens. It warmed up nicely today, and supposed to be close to 70 on Saturday.

What snow? Seen a few flakes and that's been it so far.

I don't mind the 50"+ we had in the past week or so with more on the way. But it's the freak'n cold that's killing me. **** stuff won't melt.
Tractor isn't so good at getting snow off the roof. And it's too deep to cross country ski in. Grrrrr.

I never thought I'd say it, but yeah, the South is looking good here too. My wife and I even looked at real estate in Hawaii for sh$ts and giggles.
