PS. You have what is called a sod bottom plow share. It is for plowing
heavy clay soil under sod. Did a nice job on your soil there.

Not sure, the plow frame has a very faint COCKSHUT on it. That's all I know, pulled out of some old guys back woods and pressed back into service after replacing a stripped U-bolt.

Those long sweep bottoms are pretty desirable around here. They pull easier and cover well at higher speeds. A search of the net might find some history behind the plow and how it was developed. What a shame all these tractor companies either failed or were bought up by the biggies. I guess go big or go home.
