if he uses it enough, the moisture will eventually flash off. if it rains alot in his area and he don't use it alot / the humitity is high.. the hygroscopic oil will again collect moisture.
key is use. heat flashes the moisture off... the more use it gets once it has mostly dry oil in it, the better off it will be.
guess you rig up a special breather plug that had a hose that went to a breathable dessicant cannister..
