Rotary Cutter Howse vs King Kutter rotary mower?

Not long ago Howse was liquidating itself in Chapter11 bankruptcy.

Since then obtaining Howse parts has been iffy.

Not long ago Howse was attempting to reorganize in Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Since then obtaining Howse parts has been iffy.
I do not know Howse's status as a "going concern" at present.

They are both lower end cutters and probably not much different in terms of reliability. I would want to use any of them too hard on thick nasty brush, but pasture clipping and the once a ear stuff, no problem.

I'd probably opt for the KK simply because at one time they were sold at TSC, and still sold at rural king. Meaning there are alot more of them out there, and parts availability is better.

Wow. Didn't realize they were having financial problems. That's too bad, really like my cutter. Thanks for letting us know.
