In some parts of the little island next to Europe tires or tyres are called pneus as in pneumatic but I get confused on which word to use where. English as the Americans speak it is much easier.
Pneus? Never heard them called that...... and I'm 57..... I think it's probably a written abbreviation... We call them Tyres with a Y to distinguish them from Tires with an I, which is what you do when trying to run a marathon etc..... (Note: Europe is the little continent next to Britain!) :laughing:
