HP all-in-one will not wake up

Tried this at noon. Would not wake up a short time ago.

Put monitors back on never and cpu on sleep. If it does not work, I'll see if I can do a restore to before the last BIOS update a couple days ago.

OS is not available. It's Windows 10 Home.

I have seen this many times with various computers, and it was always the power supplies that go, the capacitors fail..
