HST (hydrostatic) forward/reverse pedals suddenly stiff and won't go normal speed

Mahindra 3215 hst with hydrostatic shift. Forward and Reverse pedals, and the speed of the tractor, were working just fine last weekend.
Today, the heel pedal (reverse) was very stiff, almost had to stand on it, and even then the tractor barely crawled. Tried forward and fine, not stiff, regular speed as expected.
I lubed the zerts, tried again, now the front pedal has so much resistance and very slow forward momentum.
Checked the fluid level, clean and full...let it idle a bit, now it's tough in both positions...although it seems to free up in one direction occasionally.
Tractor had a full service last winter and haven't had the problem before.
Ideas?

I've had a similar problem when working in brush - often a stick or some other trash lodged in the linkage. Perhaps you should follow your reverse linkage to make sure nothing is bent or jammed.

I have had the same experience as FritzWH. It only takes a little-bitty stick jammed in the linkage. Can also happen when bush hogging in the open. A lot of debris gets tossed about along with dust and cut material.

Did you resolve the issue? My 3215HST is have similair issue. Reverse is fine. Forward is half speed. I can stand on pedal and make it go(sort of normal speed). Checked linkages and I can't find a problem.lubed zerts.
Its working but not normally.
