HST vs. Geared

I really thought about making you an offer on it...but I could not go down to a puny 34 hp. Actually I really did consider it, but for my next tractor I'm going to get all the creature comforts of the Grand L series (or comparable line from other mfgr). Probably something like either B3030 or L3240.

Mine is the "extra power" model (says so on the side decal) and has 1 extra horse, so 35.something. :laughing: Cant blame you for looking at a Grand L (or a Kioti)

HST is the only way to go. Do remember that all skid steer machines are HST. How many of those are running around and how many are abused by owners/operators and keep going.

You should check out Kioti, Bobcat and now the McCormick tractors (made by the same manufacturer - Daedong Industrial). They are packed with more features, are good machines and are cheaper than John Deere and Kubota. They have been making tractors since 1968.

I run a 2009 Bobcat CT230 HST (30 HP) and have 269 hrs on it. I love it. Most versatile machine I've used.
