Hub loose on axle

Hi all
The rear wheel on my Kubota B7610 is making a squeak on every rotation of the axle. It appears that the hub is loose. I've already tried to tighten it with a wrwnch and a breaker bar. I'm told that there are a couple of splines or shims inside the hub, up against the hex axle.

Any advice before I tear this thing apart?

I have a B7100 if the hub is the same its frozen up, take the pin out and remove the 21mm nut and spring remove the wheel spray inbetween and wait 5 mins with WD40, with a breaker bar and 21mm socket tighten the nut you will think its tight but if the inner hex is flush its not , should be about 1/4" gap,I had to put my total weight on the breaker bar a 4' piece of pipe would give you aid once you get past this point it gets easier. When you get to 1/4" and no space left on the spring back it off install wheel put the pin in then tighten the 21mm nut. I'm 76 and had no problem both hubs are tight now.
