Hud-Son sawmills, experiences ?

I finally got the sub dealer back to my place to help me figure it out. The band wheels are out of center and not balanced. It sounds like they are sending new ones in the mail to change them out. I did talk to the manufacturer and was not too much help.

Was your sawmill brand new in the crate or was it setup at the dealer? When I bought my Hudson HFE-21 sawmill the dealer I went to had four models setup for demos. All of them shook like crazy. He didn't release the blade tension at the end of each day which had deformed the rubber band wheel inserts. Luckily he had the model I wanted new in the box, so I took that one vs the one he had been using, despite paying full price for it. Mine runs perfectly smooth at all speed, in the cut and out.
