I suppose allot has to do with what you use it for.like gaming and file downloading.Thats the whole key. If you download allot and expect to be able to see videos it sucks up the limits. Its a step up from dial up no doubt.

I think you said it pretty well right there.

My biggest issue was system updates on the Mac, where there is no timer to set them for 3 am, and they are very large. However, I found out that if I one time get up at 3 am and set the downloads for automatic every 24 hours, it will then do it during the "free period". But you can't otherwise set the Mac for a specific update time.
