One of my good hunting buddies just got back from a hunting trip down on Lake Okeechobee.

He put his Florida Gator hunting license to good use! :D

They are going to be eaten.

I like the jaw muscles the most, they are quite tasty.

Here is a nice article in the St. Petersberg Times newspaper about one of my good friends that lost him arm to a gator about a mile from our farm and lived to tell about it....

Features: He wrote the book on survival instincts

There are Burmese Pythons out in the 'Glades that are TWICE the size of those gators....

Yeh. Been reading about all the former pets and what they might do to the ecology. If they thrive, it kinda makes you wonder why there was no native snake in that niche. There was a B movie a long time ago called "Anaconda" or something....

I ate gator once and really liked it, not to many up here in the north country. Quess I'll have to stick with venison :)
