I'm actually a tad south of Skypup /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif.. but I wouldn't want to be in naples.. or vero.. heck.. as someone pointed out.. map changes every hour... hard to say who is going to get it. I pray for whoever does.

I am packing as we speak!!! My gut (as big as it may be) is generally a reliable bell weather for people and situations. It seems that on the occasions I didn't listen, I was the loser. I don't think I'll chance that again. My official guess is that it will make land fall within 50 miles of Port Charlotte. This far out, I think that's a fair variable. I hope all those who visit this site, either as a member or a visitor, and are affected by the upcoming hurricane take head, take care and prepare.

Here's hoping it just fizzles out in the gulf (while I'm wishing.. how about world piece too! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif )

I'll keep you guys posted if it does indeed hit ( assumng my telline stays up! )

My parents are in Cape Coral, a tad north of Naples -- they just had hurricane accordian shutters installed -- will be nice to hear how they worked later today.
