The one company Hydromotion seems to make big stuff, and Parker does make some, but in different configs. I found a few other companies also that seem to make them, but would have to do a lot of fab work to get them to fit, or work.

I would like to find someone that has seen this type, and can tell me how it comes apart.

Jeff
I did a couple of searches for electro hydraulic actuator and came across a company called hydromotion website hydromotion.com they build units that look very similar to yours and state they are a sealed unit. Found the same information on Parker website but their units look different

I am sure this is not what you wanted to hear.

Has anyone located a parts schematic for this machine? I was not mostly because I did not have the Model #. That would show a parts breakdown if the actuator is rebuildable.

Also, while I was surfing around on the Hustler website, it appeared there were some service manuals available. Not knowing the exact Model # I could not determine if one was available for this machine.

Not sure what your question or reply was here. I have the model, and serial of the machine. Also have the install, and parts manual for the lift kit when it was installed, and they show nothing but a model number for a new actuator cylnder, no rebuild kits, and I have talked to the company. They want nearly what the whole kit was new for it, and I can't see putting the came cylinder back on it, if you cannot service it in the future.

This was why I put the picture of the cylinder here. It was the same setup the used on the Super Z, X-One, and a few of their commercial machines at the time. They have now changed within the last few years to a different setup, but it will not fit the older machine.

I also have the service manuals for the machine, but this was an accessory in the beginning, and made for them by another company, and for some reason keep real quiet about anything and just want you to replace it with a new cylinder, which has the pump and everything built into it.

If it was mine, I'd replace it with an electric actuator unit... Yes, I know the mounts would need to be changed.

That is what I am thinking about doing, it is just limited space where the motor end needs to go, and would have to do a lot of fab work around that, but it is looking more like that might be the most economical and best route to go down the road.

Post good pictures of the area of various angles and maybe i can give suggestions. I've had to add new and different actuators in the past.

Sorry, don't have anymore photos where it is parked now, and the cylinder is off of it.

The rod just has a bolt through the front, and the back cylinder has 2 allen bolts that hold it in the rear
