Pulled the B7800 out yesterday to do maintenance. While extending the upper arm on the BH, the control lever was extremely hard to push and pull. The lever stickes in the open or closed position, and will not return to neutral position without forcing. I don't remember doing anything out of the ordinary with the backhoe. It has worked great for any digging that I have done.

The hoe is a three point unit, with a selfcontained hydralic reservoir. Fluid is clear, and at the full point. All the other functions of the hoe work as exsectewd. Please help.

Does the lever feel free? Does the BH work normally when you move the lever to the position for the action you want? Look for interference points that might inhibit it moving.

Thanks for the response. The lever is extremely tight. When activated , it does not return to the neutral position by itself. I have checked the valves, and there is no obstruction that I can see.

Are you asking me to repost my question in the hydralics section?
