JJ,
I took some pictures last night, but didn't get a chance to download them from the camera. I'll try to get them posted when I get home today. I already bought a set of manuals, they are excellent. I'm not real thrilled with the sales staff or parts folks at my local Bobcat dealership, but the service manager is exceptional. Several days after I bought my T190 I walked into the service department and introduced myself. I explained I just bought a machine, had been a mechanic all my life, and didn't have a clue about Bobcats. Also told him about several of the problems I had. The guy just smiled and said "Well come on back here and let's have Bobcat school" For two hours he went all over a T190 that was in the shop. He showed me how to raise and block the lift arms, how to raise the cab, how to adjust track tension, and how to adjust the drive levers for creeping. Also pointed out all the rountine service points, and discussed the top 3 problems he sees with this model machine. The guy was great! Best service manager I ever dealt with. I even called the General Manager for the dealership and told him how impressed I was. Your right I need to take him a cool case of adult beverages.
Iron Horse,
Not famaliar with a "cross port relief", can you elaborate? I'm famaliar with case drain, they are all over the airplanes I work on. The motor does have some type of valve mounted on it where the hoses attach. Look at picture #5 back on post #12. Is this a cross port relief? If so what does it do?
Thanks....
