To start with, you want a 7' blade with offset and tilt capabilities and skid shoes. Hydraulic angle is a nice feature to have, no doubt about that. Many times while grading it is nice to change the angle of the blade while you are moving. You will notice with the nicer blades that there is no minimum HP rating, only max HP or max gross tractor weight.
Here are a couple that you may want to be considering. If I were you, I would be looking at The RBT3584 with skid shoes. At just over 700lbs, this would be a nice blade to have behind your 2501. And while you will not be able to use the blade to it's maximum capabilities, you most certainly could make use of all the features and it would work well for your road.
