I have a NH 3045 tractor. I would like to hook a 3pt woodsplitter to it. The woodsplitter has its own forward and backward valve. It is suggested that I have the splitter return fluid directed through the fill plug opening on the hydraulic reservoir of the tractor. I am looking for a female quick coupling that would screw into the fill opening. Any sources for such a coupling?? The local Kabota dealer said they mounted one on a Kabota, but can't remember where they got it. Thanks for any help. DonJ

Don, you need to give us more info. Do you have a loader? Is it NH? Do you have factory hydraulic remotes? Any answer needs that info. The way you are describing hooking up your splitter is a recipe for disaster. You can use a factory remote or the FEL quick attach fittings, but tapping into your hydraulic system and returning directly to the reservoir is less than satisfactory.

Also, you've broken a TBN rule by posting the same question in two forums. You should always post your question once and then post a link to the original post in any other thread.
