I ordered seal kits for the four cylinders on my Case L160 FEL on my Case DX35 tractor. The cylinder end cap has just a two opposing flat spots for an open end wrench, but I don't have a 61mm/2.5" open end wrench, so I first tried a pipe wrench. Of course I chewed up the cap a little, but couldn't budge the cap. I tried clamping the cap in a vise and turning the cylinder, but even with a 3' pipe on the cylinder, I couldn't turn the cap. I'm going to weld & machine a wrench out of 1/2 steel bar stock in the morning (Hawaii time)
