Buying Advice hydraulic filter for 255fx

I won't know till this next week how the filter fits on the 255. The Wix reference offers it up instead of the 1064. I noticed during research that the 1064 is a bit smaller then the 1569 and it flows a bit less. Not sure if it would be significant or not.

OK, Just got back and here is the latest info on filters/fluids for the 255fx or the fx255. The fuel filter 3262 is the right diameter, but a bit shorter in length. About an inch or so. I went ahead and used the 3262 and stretched the spring in the bowl to put some tension on it. I will try to find a better match before replacing next time.

The air filter 6270 is not correct. The filter looks the same, but is much smaller. The correct number is Napa 2276.

The capacity for the trans/hydraulic system is large. Over 5 gallons of dex/merc. Also as noted above the oil filter 1568 is bigger. I had no problem with fitting it or the trans filter 1203. The old trans filter was hard to remove. It was a Capa filter and nearly welded on.
