Maybe 'Position' or 'Draft' setting for the feedback mechanism.

My American manual for what should be the same linkage says it can be used as Position control only and don't adjust it. Sounds like yours allows both settings.

Yes, Eddie is correct and his image appears to show his lever in the position different from the one mine is in. I may experiment with this a bit.
