Hydraulic hookup on bush hog

Here is a quick diagram I found, just look at the right side marked lift cylinders to see how to connect them.

I put the tee in and when I lift the wings it will raise one wing and when it gets all the way up then the other,I assume this is the way it should do. I also have another question about the cylinder that raises the bushog up and down, when gets all the way up it squirts fluid out a bolt with a small hole in the side of the head of it and it only does it when it all the way up, does anyone know how to correct it?

Dmaxx, the operation of your wings sounds normal since the cylinders are plumbed in parallel. It sounds like the internal seals on your lift cylinder is leaking by a little.
