What is the formula to calculate hydraulic horsepower?

-14 gallons per minute @ 3000 psi.....I want to know if I can convert my 3pt rear snowblower to a front mount, based on my quick-attach loader. I'd have to build and mount a hydraulic motor to run the auger and fan. Wondering if the mentioned flow will be enough to power the blower. It's 75" wide. Anybody ever do anything like this?

14 GPM @ 3000 psi = 15.9 HP assuming 65% efficiency.
Not very much compared to the PTO power.
