Good day from a fellow Canadian. With temps in my area hitting minus 35 Celsius or lower I went with a Co-op tractor hydraulic fluid Super T-HF synthetic blend that has a pour point of -60 Celsius and meets all the specs listed. The price is reasonable and now with 200 hours on it, no complaints. The biggest issue in the winter is getting up to temp when it is cold, and on initial startup this fluid seems to flow ok. Have not tried any of the others listed. What are people using for oil? I couldn't get a straight answer out of the dealer I just did my break in oil change for the engine and I'd like to replace the hydraulic and hydrostatic oil filters but I know I'll have to top it off but don't know what exactly to get. The excavators I run at work have AW32 oil full synthetic I believe. The dealer had told me to ask the guys at Piston Ring since that's where they bought it from but Piston Ring wasn't sure what the dealer had put in my tractor. I'll give them all heck on Monday (naturally) but I have some decent weather finally so I can do all my servicing before it gets cold again as I can't get in the garage door with how tall the cab is. lol
