I have an hydraulic leak on the fel of my L3130. The leak is coming from one of the cylinders that control the bucket. I called my dealer and was told that Kubota is aware of the problems they are having with these cylinders and it would be replace under warrentee. I then asked since Kubota knows of this problem, why not replace both cylinders even though one is not leaking. I was told that they will only replace the leaking one. I was then told that I would have to pay for the service call to get it fixed. Two questions. First, why wouldn't Kubota replace both of the cylinders, especially if they know of the problem?. The dealer told me that there is a 50% chance of the good one going bad. Second, why wouldn't the cost of the service call be passed on to Kubota? I don't want the dealer to be stuck with this cost either but I don't think I should have to pay for it.
