Ask for Seth, he handles parts. Call early in the morning and he'll get them out that day (if in stock).
He has shipped parts for me from his source to my house for a straight fast delivery. So either way you'll get you parts as quickly as possible.
He's taken care of my filters when I get in a bind and they get here UPS fast.
On edit, rather then fill out the form just call up and ask to speak to Seth. He's their parts guru and will help you out. They know I'm 90 minutes away and are very considerate to help me and not make that drive if they can help out by phone. Confident they will take care of your needs.
If he is not there ask for Joseph or Jordan. They are the owners. Tell them where you are calling from and the help you need. They will get you the help you need.

You probably have a closer dealer than Paige and could likely get them quicker from someplace local, but I've always found Jordan to be very responsive...and he's not the closest dealer to me. Folks at Hill Country Tractor are also pretty good to work with, just wound up buying the tractor from Paige because they had a good deal on what I wanted.

Update - Ordered the parts locally, was actually cheaper and same time frame. Got the hose and a new bulkhead fitting as the original was belled from over tightening. I ordered plastic spiral hose wrap (12' - $32 on amazon) to go around the 3 hoses that were close to frame. 1 1/2" ID was good size, not too lose or tight for 3 hoses. Will be ordering a length of 3/4 for use on single lines. Noticed that the quick coupler for the other side of the bulkhead fitting was allowing a loader hose to rub against the hood and wear the paint. Will address that too.

Good stuff spiral wrap. Buys itself after the first blown hose you don't have.
I'm a big fan of nylon protective hose sleeves too, usually around $1 to $ 1.5 per foot. Provides a bit of chafe protection, but it also keeps the elements from breaking down and cracking the hose outer rubber layer, which would then allow the first braided layer to corrode, eventually destroying your hoses. Takes many years before you reap the benefits of this. But def worth it. have done all hoses on my dk54se and loader.
