Thank you all for your input, and rest assured I wasn't going to use my mower w/bh or fel attached. It was just something in my manual that caught my eye, and I didn't understand.

It can be done on the BX23. I've left the MMM on when I've mounted both the FEL & BH for digging on many occasions. The ground clearance hasn't been a problem thus far and it did provide protection of the BX's underbelly vitals.
I primarily finish mow w/ the BX23 and like I posted earlier I have both the FEL & BH dismounted. When I need to use the FEL it only takes a few minutes to mount and I'll dismount it before my next mow.
Seems like theres more differences between the BX23 & BX24 than what meets the eyes.

Maybe I read it wrong, sure hope so, it seems with deck attached and depth gage set to top, that it would work.
