I have a 1954 Ford NAA I just bought it and got it running after years of sitting and the 3 point arms don't raise, I have drained and refilled the case and blew into the dip stick hole to prime it and nothing I took the pipe plug off the piston type hydraulic pump and fluid came out with the motor running does this mean my pump is good? and I have problem some where else

Do you have a filter or screen that might be clogged?

That big fill cap under the seat is right by the hyd cylinder under the rockshaft cover. Take a look in there. Also check your fluid levels and possition/draft lever.

Under the seat. Its a big 2.5in cap with a square drive. There may be two. One back my the top link attachment.

Yes internal leaks. The pipe passes through the tranny as well. You may need to pop the shifter cover off.

Pulling the rockshaft cover would be my last resort.
