I'm sure someone else will give you the canned "don't park with the FEL under pressure" lecture.
In order to figure out what needs tweaking to stop the leakdown, you need to figure out what's leaking. Could be the cylinders themselves (need new rings) or it could be the valve. Does the loader sag when the tractor is running, or only when the tractor is off? If the loader sags with the hoses disconnected from the valve, oil is leaking within the cylinder and the only fix is to rebuild the cylinder.
Be *very* careful about disconnecting hoses under pressure to test this. Maybe block the loader up, turn off tractor, wiggle the controls to relieve pressure, disconnect hoses, then knock out the blocking and see if it sags after a while?
