I have a b3030 with 300 hours on it and the FEL is starting to sag when parked. On my pickup plow truck there is an acorn nut, you take it off and there is a little screw. Turn it in 1/4 turn and the sag stops. Is there a similar adjustment on my Kubota or do I have to adjust the main pump?

I'm sure someone else will give you the canned "don't park with the FEL under pressure" lecture.
In order to figure out what needs tweaking to stop the leakdown, you need to figure out what's leaking. Could be the cylinders themselves (need new rings) or it could be the valve. Does the loader sag when the tractor is running, or only when the tractor is off? If the loader sags with the hoses disconnected from the valve, oil is leaking within the cylinder and the only fix is to rebuild the cylinder.
Be *very* careful about disconnecting hoses under pressure to test this. Maybe block the loader up, turn off tractor, wiggle the controls to relieve pressure, disconnect hoses, then knock out the blocking and see if it sags after a while?

try Rus geeks idea and see how you make out.. You might loose a little when you disconnect the hoses..so be careful...

A little sag is normal. Is it leaking down overnight........ or while you are driving across your yard? Your cylinders could be the problem, or the valve...... or both (as previously stated). Unfortunately, there is no fix as simple as turning a screw. How much you might want to invest depends on how bad it leaks down and whether or not you can live with it.
